What is the cost and size of the booths?
We have 3 booth options
1) a table space 3' x 8' for $315 plus gst
2) a 10' x 10' single frontage booth for $580 plus gst
3) a  10' x 10' double frontage (corner) booth for $635 plus get 
Can I bring my children?
No, the exhibit hall is a very busy place - teachers are not allowed to bring their children either.
I am also a teacher with Edmonton Catholic Schools/Edmonton Public Schools/Fort McMurray Schools, can I also work at my booth?
No, it is the expectation that all teachers attend their sessions for these two days.  You are paid to attend these sessions.
Do we have wifi in the exhibit hall?
Yes, a password will be provided to you upon checking in when you set up on the Wednesday.
I am trying to register and the system won't let me?
If you were an exhibitor for GETCA last year, you are already registered.  You only need to sign in.
I keep getting an error message, how do I pay?
If it is a server error, please try again in a couple of days.  
If you already paid your deposit, you can e-transfer your balance or full payment to [email protected]
When do I need to pay for my booth?
Your booth will be held for 30 days for you to make a deposit before it is released.  Full payment of the booths is due and must be paid by December 31st.  After that, booths will be released and deposits will be lost.  Cancellations after December 31st are non-refundable.
When can I register/book a booth?
You can do so now. We strongly encourage exhibitors to register before November 30th.
Is my parking included?
No, there is parking available downtown at a cost to the user.
